LOCBID Construction, Inc. has been family owned and operated since its inception in 1985. Louis Ouellette started LOCBID primarily as a residential construction company. Over the years LOCBID has moved into the Commercial arena. LOCBID offers a high level of personal commitment, dedication and service these qualities have been essential in working with such companies as Hancock Lumber, H. E. Callahan, Wright-Ryan Construction and Benchmark Construction.

LOCBID is currently working in Southern and Central Maine. These projects include hospitals, banks, condominiums and luxury residential communities.

LOCBID employs about 15-20 professionals with expertise in framing, exterior trim, interior trim and finish work.  We also use only the finest subcontractors. Standing behind our projects is a main priority.
